| Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and management of personnel and activities for the engineering department to attain goals and objectives. Implement and oversee agile techniques development. Responsible for stimulating product innovation ideas and achieve group and corporate business objectives. Team mentoring and career development. Tracking, managing and updating project/program plans and budgets. Working cross functionally (managing up and down) to communicate engineering status and resolving and implementing changes. Daily management of engineering staff, product plans/schedule and resources. Driving key operational metrics including site performance. Managing product requirements definition and documentation. Required Skills: Masters degree in Engineering Management or MBA (preferred). Prior experience with project construction. Taiwanese, HongKong, Singaporean are preferred, good Chinese communication. 5 - 7 years of experience in product development. Ability to build cohesive teams. Demonstrated results in the area of process improvement new product. Strong communication experience with cross functional teams. Supervisory experience with an emphasis on developing. Experience with Agile product development methodology. Previous start-up experience is a strong plus. |
