Job Description: 1. Title: English Training Specialist; 2. To provide English training (mainly business English) to the CEO and the other staff in the company; 3. Design and implement an English culture training program to support the company’s globalization strategy; 4. Assist the HR department with other occasional assignment, i.e. recruitment. Requirements: 1. Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada (must); 2. Age be between 25-40 (must); 3. With experience in English training or teaching to adults; With official English teaching certificate will be an asset; 4. Work time: 5.5 days per week with 2~4 hours daily teaching; (8:30~12:00, 13:30~18:00, half work day on Saturday); the rest of time is for preparation, organizing tests and evaluating the students’ progress; Part-time is not considered. 5. Start time: As soon as possible; Later than May will not be considered; 6. Work Venue: Shunde, China; (about 1 hour by bus to Guangzhou) Payment and Benefits: 1. Basic Salary: 100,000~200,000 RMB/year. Actual salary will be based on the feedbacks from the students and the other evaluation of performance; 2. Insurance: to ensure the English trainer can enjoy medical and accident insurance within China Mainland, from this year, the English trainer will be covered in an international health insurance plan with an annual Maximum Aggregate Limit of RMB 300,000 provided by a Health Insurance Company and AD&D with an annual Maximum Limit of RMB 500,000 provided by a Property & Casualty Insurance Company. 3. Accommodation: free accommodation in Midea’s residential area is provided; Or, the trainer can get the equivalent allowance for renting an apartment by himself/herself; 4. VISA: Midea will assign a VISA specialist to help the trainer to get a Working VISA; 5.
