in Henan Jiyuan Location: Henan Jiyuan Scenery Spot – Requirements: 1. Native speaker. 2. Telephone interview is required 3. Passport copy Details of the camp: One month summer camp ,contract time is from 15 july to 15 august Payday and salary:7000RMB Arrive on the 12th or 13th of July is needed There will be four periods each period is seven days Camp starts on the 15th of July to 21st of July will be the first period Accommodation: Standard hotel room with air-conditioner and shower, two teachers share one room. Meal: school canteen food Arrival destination: July the 12th or 13th in zhengzhou then we will arrange catch train to go to Jiyuan train station . If all the teachers can arrive at the same time the school will pick up the teachers up in zhengzhou then to the summer camp campus. Lesson Planning: Class sizes can range from 30 students, primary to middle school students may run from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and 2:00 - 5:30 PM. But the teachers are optional to take part in the morning classes. Afternoon classes are English classes and teachers can take the classes in the open field. Evening activities are arranged for the students and teachers to communicate or as English corner. If the foreign teachers bring some teaching materials and plans with them.: transportation; holidays and festivals; food and beverages; family; relationships; your country; travel; the world; pollution and recycling; sports and hobbies; animals and/or pets; success; cheating; stress; health; habits; and any others that you may find interesting. And games, role-playing, songs, movies (DVDs), and music (tapes and CDs) when teaching their classes. LESSON FORMAT AND STRUCTURE: The first two days 13th -14th is for the teachers to make lesson plans for one week and you can use the same lesson plan in the four period. Class sizes: 30 students Class times: 8:00 - 11:30am out door activities for students, it is optional for foreign teachers 2:00 - 5:30 pm. Evening activities Teachers workload: 7 days per period, on the opening and closing day, teacher just attend no teaching. - Teachers are encouraged to bring teaching materials and resources with them so as to create a full and interesting learning environment. Playing games, singing songs, watching and discussing movies, playing sport in a structured fashion are all encouraged so as to promote the students English speaking abilities. Transportation and Insurance: The foreign teachers are responsible for their own airfare and transportation. Please be advised that you are responsible for your own travel and medical insurance during the Summer Program. We will not be liable for any difficulties you may experience during your time with us. Airport and Train Info: Make a travel plan when you get the visa. Better to arrive 2 days before our program begins. Keep us informed of your travel schedule. Notes for teachers: The primary purpose of our Summer Program is to improve skills in spoken English -with an emphasis in conversation and to have fun while we improve the listening and speaking ability of our students.
