Requirement Profile:
? Proven experience in the management and delivery of innovative total facility management services at a senior level to complex campus facilities, ideally within manufacturing/ clean room environment. Semi-conductor facilities management industry experience preferred ? Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background – BSc level ? Minimum 5 years at managerial level, responsible for technical/ critical services ? Practical experience of successful leadership of a team of several supply partners and their people to deliver a seamless, integrated services with a One Team mindset ? Operational specialist knowledge of at least one or more of the following areas: engineering and maintenance management, logistics, manufacturing campus management, property services management, hospitality services ? Able to remove barriers and drive innovation throughout the supply chain and demonstrate creative and effective ways of to motivate the team and adopt a can-do culture ? Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues, able to interpret policy and legislation and implement best practice across all service line working practices ? A leader who can coach, train and develop high calibre talented people ? Strong people management and motivation skills, able to lead by example ? Budgetary and P&L control knowledge and previous success in delivery best value ?
