| Responsibilities:
1.Identifies and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop, in concert with the site organization, hazard control practices and programs. Assist site management and staff to understand OSHA regulations and other applicable standards, including guidance on handling complaint, inspections and actions in compliance with all the company's policies and procedures. 2.Coordinate performance of safety audits and assist the site management in correcting deficiencies. Develop guidelines for audits and reporting results. 3.Develop strategies for implementation of JCI & Airbus corporate safety policies and procedures. 4.Attend and will take on a lead role with regard to the Area Safety Team meetings for the area. Confer with site EHS, and Corporate EH&S for feedback regarding policy and procedure. 5.Develop and coordinate site-specific safety training materials and perform Safety Training. Assess new developments and regulations in the health and safety field that may have application to the site operations. 6.Investigate injuries in conjunction with client and facility staff personnel. Work with client and HR to manage worker's compensation cases. 7.Provide review of injury/illness reports for accuracy and completeness. Manage injury/illness information database and use information to perform trend analysis for the account. Recognizes significant trends through statistical review and develops strategies for addressing those trends. Provide timely reporting of statistical information to account management, site EHS and corporate EH&S. 8.Performs other job-related duties as requested. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in safety engineering management, industrial hygiene, or related technical field 2.Minimum one year safety administration experience required. 3.Strong communication, analytical, coordination and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management. 4.Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment. 5.Excellent in Chinese and English language. |
