ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops positive regional business relationships with Clients and vendors; 2. To assist the China/APAC FM Director in the development and delivery of best practice initiatives and leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement programs; 3. Review monthly management reports, consolidate into Regional report, review with Client-C&W Regional managers; 4. Responsible for resource planning and competence development of regional teams. Prepare and conduct staff performance reviews; 5. Prepare annual business/operating plan; 6. Oversee the preparation of bid specifications, solicitation of competitive bids and make recommendations regarding contracted services to the client; 7. Implement and ensure that policies and procedures comply with published directives, local codes and laws. JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1. University degree in Facilities Management or engineering related field or business management; 2. 5 to 10 years of Facilities Management, or related fields, experience required; 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentations skill in English and Mandarin; 4. Strong PC and information technology skills; 5. Possess a service aptitude and a customer-service approach to problem resolution. |
