维护设备 Keep a equipment in good condition. 1.作为工程师支持经理以完成部门目标 As an Engineer, support manager to reach the department target. 2. 改进和维护设备以确保设备的高效运行 Improve and Maintain facilities to assure high efficiency and quality. 3. 分析和改进质量、成本、交货期 Analyze and improve quality, energy cost and delivery. （主要工作 Principle Duties） 1. 机加/装配设备维护活动 (其中主要活动为C/S, C/M, C/R) Machining& Assembly equipment maintenance activity (The main of the activity is C/S, C/M, C/R) 2. 机械维护活动 （机器图纸译解和绘图，油压/气压的回路，零件组合，加工等） Mechanical maintenance activity (decipherment and drawing of machine, hydraulic and air circuit, repair and alignment of component, machining, etc.) 3. 对重大而复杂的故障，灵活积极地予以解决 Take an active part to a serious breakdown and a complex breakdown and solve it. 4. 维护计划的筹划和实施，FMEA/FTA/维护次序书作成 Planning of preventive maintenance, FMEA/FTA and trouble shooting. 5. 维护预算的筹划和实施及评价 Plan, execution, and evaluation of preventive maintenance budget. 6. 设备的资产管理及维护零部件管理Asset management and spare parts management of equipment. 7. 建立维护控制标准并据此检测设备Establish maintenance control standards and monitor equipments based on standards. 8. 对维护操作工教授高水平的维修技术Teach the operator the maintenance skill at a high level. （其他 Other） 1.负责机加和装配维护职场的月报及维护计划Monthly report and Maintenance planning are managed for Machining& Assembly maintenance workplace. 2.担当机加和装配维护职场的质量推进者Take qualification progress leader of Machining& Assembly maintenance workplace 3.担当机加和装配维护职场的备品备件管理推进者Spare part management progress leader of Machining& Assembly maintenance workplace 任职要求/ Qualifications： 必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications 教育背景 Education : 本科及以上学历，机械/机械电子工程专业 Bachelor degree, mechanical/ electronics engineer major. 工作经验 Experience : 两年以上机加设备维护工作经验机械（精密机械， 油压，压气回路）高水平的维护经验More than 2 years experience in maintenance engineering in machining equipment industry. Mechanical (precision machine/hydro/air circuit) maintenance high skill experience. 其他 Others : 熟练操作各类办公软件。熟练运用日语或英语交流。沟通能力强，工作认真。 Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge. Japanese or English language，Coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious person. 优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications 教育背景 Education : 生产设备工程专业 Production facility engineering major 工作经验 Experience : 机加设备（缸体加工中心，数控车床，数控磨床等）Experience on machining equipments (Machining center, NC lathe, NC Grinder etc.) |
