| Main Responsibilities
1st piece /sample Conformity check per Eng & Mfg requirement for new supplier qualification. Confirm Supplier QC checklist & process at the stage of new supplier qualification Conformity check per Eng/Mfg requirement for special material or assembly at WH incoming stage. Perform conformity check per project QC checklist & functional test at project in process and outgoing stage Requirements Senior high school above in engineering Good knowledge of mechanical and drawing design Good knowledge of machining (cold/heat) process Good knowledge of tolerance and fits At least 3 years experience in quality inspection of mechanic manufacture Knowledge of quality check methodology, familiar with QC seven tools and related measuring equipments, knowing well Coordinate Measuring Machine( CMM ) will be preferential Good at analyzing problem Quick-minded and vivid thinking Independent work Carefulness, patience and earnest Good at communication Travel availability Knowing well SPC will be preferential. |
