Main Responsibilities

? Collect all the necessary Customer information to perform the proposal.
? Work out the technical proposal and cost estimation, according to customer’s RFQ
? Assure the proposal quality in terms of competitiveness and feasibility
? Assure the cost estimation quality
? Work with sales to Achieve order acquisition target
? Analyze the project opportunity & risk
? Support Operations start up to ensure coherence with the proposal

Requirements
? Chinese
? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation
? 3 years experience in Service proposal
? Presentation and communication skills
? Timing and cost control
? Team working
? Competition spirit
? Travel availability
