| SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Assists the Sales Manager in developing, planning and implementing sales strategies and activities to achieve sales goals and objectives. 2. Attends to sales enquiries by responding to requests and questions. 3. Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedules. 4. Builds and manages the customer database. 5. Achieves agreed sales forecasts by developing field sales action plans. 6. Supports market expansion plans by attending sales and marketing activities as and when required. 7. Oversees preparation of and reviews quotations and order processing. 8. Supervises shipping / delivery and installation schedules. 9. Provides pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including installation of machines. 10. Generates monthly sales and other sales-related reports as and when required. 11. Works closely with the Applications Engineer, customers and the Company’s sales channels in APAC. 12. Tracks monthly invoiced sales amount against annual targets to determine achievement ratio. 13. Promotes continuously the quality products and services by providing sound technical support to meet customers’ satisfaction. 14. Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned by Sales Manager. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED ü Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Material Science or Physics. ü 3 years’ or more field sales experience in the scientific instrument industry. ü Fluency in spoken and written Chinese as well as English. ü Strong communication skills. ü A self-driven team player with minimum supervision. ü Computer literacy is a must. |
