This role will be responsible for executing services sourcing transactions, providing supporting assistance and guidance not only to suppliers but also to IBM internal organizations such as services delivery team and sales team on Procurement-related matters and inquiries such as process compliance and procedure. Responsibilities This role would be responsible for building and executing Procurement strategy, supplier contract negotiation and management, supplier relationship buildup and maintenance.
