- 8 years experience in the area of fashion and/or retail industry - Experience in leading and managing a team - Familiar with retail market in Shanghai and preferably has a list of VIPs on hand - Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry Education - Tertiary qualifications - Mandarin is a must - Written and spoken English, any additional Asian languages/dialects a plus Personality - Detail-oriented - Customer service oriented - Entrepreneurial spirit - Team player - Outgoing Skills - Analystical skills - Excellent presentation skills - Good selling skills - Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills - Capable of analyzing, organizing and planning |
