| Bachelor/Master with a technical Major, MBA or EMBA is desirable
At least 15 years working experience in industry area Significant experience in Chinese industrial environment in a foreign company Experience in a similar position would be a plus Be professional in both technical and management area Familiar with the Company profession – QHSE Have strategic thinking and analysis in depth capability Excellent in communication, presentation and redaction Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to customers needs Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus Willing to travel |
