| Qualifications:
All of our teachers must be native speakers. We expect applicants will have a 4-year degree from an accredited university. No teaching certification required; we train all of our teachers in our own method. Experience with teaching young children a plus, but not required. We are more interested in our teachers' attitudes towards children, teaching, and learning. Since music is essential to our teaching method, applicants must be comfortable singing a cappella in front of children and parents. Compensation: Full-time teachers receive a salary of 7,000 to 12,000 RMB per month, depending on teaching load. All of our teachers are able to earn over 10,000 RMB within 4 months of starting; 7,000 RMB is just a base salary. We assist new teachers in finding apartments, negotiating rent, and communicating with their landlord. We offer 3 weeks of vacation during the three major national holidays. We only accept a minimum of 12-month contracts (this includes paid training training). Exceptions can be made for particularly outstanding candidates. We will reimburse you for a round-trip ticket between China and your home country. Half after 3 months of starting as a teacher, and half at the end of your contract.
