Mandatory:
· Client Relationship Management within corporate environment · Proven record of managing a Service delivery team in a Service Excellence environment · Broad financial and business management experience · Strong Supervisory and multi-cultural people management skills · Strong Payroll and HR domain knowledge ( GV experience preferable) · Proven & Strong client facing experience dealing with C level contacts Desirable: · Payroll Industry Operational Experience (min. of 3 years of being a payroll expert) · Asia Pac business environment · Project Management · SAP Payroll/HR/ESS experience · Tertiary Qualification · Continuous improvement and development skills ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES · Strong initiative and self starter · Good planning, time management and organising skills · Ability to assess situations and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner · Good team player · Strong verbal and written communications skills · Multi Language capability preferred ( English & Mandarin ) · Ability to motivate the team and individuals to maximize performance |
