Job Description
Achieve profitable sales growth within the region Manage the existing sales organization Oversee the management of existing customers Identify the most appropriate path for the distribution of company products to end-users in each country Secure additional business within existing customers Appoint new distributors within existing channels, as appropriate, to achieve long-term sales & profitability growth Identify and enter new channels of distribution to achieve profitable and sustainable sales growth Execute corporate strategic initiatives within the region Develop & execute, in conjunction with the marketing team, commercialization plans for new products Develop & implement, in conjunction with the marketing team, brand building plans for the region In conjunction with the sales team, develop and implement strong business plans for key customers Coordinate and conduct market studies relating to areas of potential opportunity within the region Negotiation & establishment of discount structures and trading terms for new and existing customers Implement and manage all company initiatives and policies as they relate to Safety, Learning & Development, Information Technology etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Experience in Sales Management, Budgeting & Forecasting Strong persentation, leadership, and negotiation Skills Strong Communication Skills – written & verbal Strong Computer Literate – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail Well versed in both written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications: Consumer Products Industry Experience |
