The ideal candidate should have:
- an experience recruitment consultant - with proven sales track record - and a minimum of 5 years of department or office management in the recruitment business An international experience (abroad or within foreign invested company) would be a strong plus. The General Manager's mission will be to: - set-up our operations in India - hire, train and manage a team of consulting according to the growth of our local business - develop a portfolio of local and international clients - grow the size of our candidates database - coordinate with other General Manager in international offices to ensure the development of Pan-Asia client accounts and the quality of the service delivered |
