Responsibilities:
Setting regional sales objectives and forecasts; Being responsible for the efficient and effective promotion and sales activities to build up market awareness and create market demands ; -Building up strong relationship with customers inclusive of (but not limited to) end users, contractors, and system installers; -Developing and managing distributors/agents; -Generating sales revenue which strongly contribute to meet the company profitability objectives; -Promoting and maintaining the company image in the market; -Updating competitor and market information for the National Sales Director to modify sales strategy and pricing policy. -Offering quick and effective feedback on customer services and quality claim. Requirements: -Bachelor or above degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. -Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred -More than 5 years of sales experience in electrical or mechanical equipment with good track record. Low voltage cable sales experience is a preference. -A strong leader and communicator with good personal and interpersonal skills, who is a person with influential personality, sound presence, and possesses superior interpersonal skills which permit him/her to deal effectively with a broad range of people in different industries, segments and organizations; previous experience in electrical power supply network is a preference; -Be able to attract and develop distributors; adaptable and reliable; working effectively in a team; good at driving execution, result oriented; possesses highly effective and strong in teamwork; previous experience in distributor development is a plus If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
