1.负责提升服务质量,组织多种培训方式,进行品牌服务培训、产品知识培训、推广主题及货品陈列培训、销售技巧培训。2.负责导购员招聘及人员储备,并建立导购员及培训工作的档案。3.建立导购员考核制度,并进行导购员级别评定。4.指导区域卖场的货品陈列工作。5.定期上报客户服务中要求的相关报表和资料。6.培训导购员加强作业规范,减低脏损率。7.建立区域贵宾卡消费者资料档案。
