Job Responsibilities
Provide full secretarial & administrative support to General Manager Maintain GM’s diary, prepare agenda, meetings, presentation materials and etc. Organize and arrange business meetings & appointments Coordinate with Hong Kong office and China factories closely Prepare presentation materials and monthly reports Handle translations work and legal documents where necessary. Job Requirements Degree holder (full-time mode), preferably with formal secretarial training. 8-9 years secretarial experience, with 4 years experience in manufacturing.
