1. Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
2. Fluent spoken and written English 3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 4. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities 5. Strong Leadership skills in managing teams 6. Minimum 3 years working and managerial experience in housekeeping operations in international 5 star hotels Relevant qualifications and / or 4 -5 years experience in a similar role in the Serviced Residence or international 4-star-or-above Hotel.
