Have good relationship and knowledge of local property, buildings, landlords and know how to get the best listing database 3. Aggressive negotiating skills with professional manners; Solution and result driven, ability to work under pressure and can meet deadlines; Organized and detail oriented 4. Bachelor degree or above, proficient English written & oral communication skills 6.
