| Major responsibilities:
1)Accomplish the project target (Revenue, Gross Margin, Schedule, and Quality) assigned by manager of projects; 2)In project execution, to keep good relationship with owner/customer, design institute, inspection company, main contractor, other contractors, etc; and anticipate and confirm customer needs and requirements, and keep the customer satisfied; 3)To train the project/application engineer in the team; and to motivate the team member to be responsible for their own career; 4)To fully implement project processes for all projects in mining/metal/paper/crane/petrochemical industry; fully understand project life-cycle process; 5)To assist the company in the business development and sales function; to seek scope expansions in current projects that are being executed Major requirement: 1)University graduate, major in automation control/engineering is preferable; 2)At least 5 years of working experience in Mining/Metal/Paper/crane/petrochemical industry or relevant solution business; 3)Having successful experience in implementing at least 3 big size projects; 4)Ideally used to work in big company in one to two companies/locations; 5)Spoken and written English skill is necessary |
