Responsibilities:
-Be in charge of overall effective function of the liaison offices -Be in charge of the sales activities of OEM and MRO sales department in China hydraulic market -Anticipate, analyze and manage the overall performance of the business activities and key account relationship -Conduct market analysis and figure out sales strategy & planning -Be responsible for leading, developing and improving sales revenue and profit margin -Plan and control the yearly forecasts and budget -Optimize the sales structure and resources according to the development planning of headquarter -Work closely with internal companies all over the world to deal with the global business -Other work distributed by the company Qualification & Requirements: -MS degree from a well-recognized university with major in construction machinery, mechanical engineering or management science -At least 10 years sales experiences with 5 years proven management experience in hydraulic market or other related industries in multi-national companies -Strong leadership skills and be good at motivating team members -Excellent communication skills, mature personality, outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical ability -Fluent skills in English, both written and spoken -Capability to work under pressure -Frequent travel If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
