| 1. Proved mechanical engineering knowledge both in breadth and depth, strong capability to work with testing and manufacturing engineers in design tools and fixtures.
2.Provide strong support to product line. Uses TQC concepts to improve productivity of existing processes, tooling, and improve product reliability and quality. 3. Applies scientific principles to identify root cause(s) of mechanical problems. 4. Drives Products Continuous Improvement through technical and/or process innovation; 5. Reviews manufacturing investments for technical feasibility and cost effectiveness, and makes recommendations in responsible areas; 6. Participating New Product Generation team, advises R&D on applications of special processes, and on Design For Manufacturability alternatives, design manufacturing processes to ensure successful introduction of new products; 7. Participating transfer project, works with production department to set up production line and manufacturing processes, resolves the technical issues after new production release. Qualification: 1. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Master degree is preferred; 2. Strong mechanical engineering knowledge including design, analysis and application abilities on mechanics, mechanism, geometry and tolerance, GR&R, engineering material, etc. 3. 3+ year(s) work experience as a Mechanical Engineer in multi-national companies; 4. Experience and well understanding in mechanical part and assembly design; 5. Master at least one mechanical design tool such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, SolidWorks, etc; 6. Familiar with related mechanical design standards including GB, ANSI and ASME, etc; 7. Excellent analytical problem solving skills through applying PDCA methodology and using common basic quality tools, SPC, DOE, DFx and FMEA, etc; 8. Data mining skill and data driven decision making capability; 9. At least master one computer programming language with proved capability; 10. Experience in technical specific project(s); 11. Ability to efficiently work with others on collaborative/concurrent engineering work, as well as to work independently; 12. Excellent speaking, listening, writing and reading English skill, good reporting and presentation skills; 13. Be familiar with manufacture process of machining parts; ? 14. Strong technical communication and networking skills; 15. Good at MS Office; 16. Self-motivated, open, initiative, a team player. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Past global project experience; 2. Ability in using Solid Designer/OneSpace; 3. Six-sigma knowledge and project experience on quality improvement and cost reduction.
