| Main activities:
工作职责： 1.Direct report to QC manager assistant. 直接向品保副经理报告。 2.Training operator on product manufacturing. 培训作业人员。 3.Follow up the efficiency and quality of component produce by supplier. 跟踪供货商之零件质量及供货进度。 4.Sampling checks the finished products and gives final release. 在制程及完成品当中进行样品抽检并提供合格报告。 5.Frequency checks validity of calibrated machine and report to supervisor. 定时检查所有需校正之仪器并报告上级。 6.Responsible for laboratory activity. 负责实验室之一切实验。 7.Quality reports, incoming control, quality control during production and audit for finished goods. 制作质量报告、入料检验报告，检验制程及完成品之报告。 8.Issue non-conforming sheet to supplier if necessary. 核发内部不合格报告。 9.Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process establish test procedures to determine a product’s dimensions and its mechanical, electrical and chemical characteristics. 于不同的生产制程当中，根据产品之尺寸、机械、电、化学之特性作检验及测试。 10.Prepare the data in the form of graph or chart. 使用统计数据制作相关统计图表。 11.Ensure all quality record correspond to production and warehouse thus to achieve traceability function. 保留一切品保生产及仓库相关记录，确保数据的可追索性。 Profile : 职位要求： 1.High school or above. 高中毕业或以上 2.Minimum 2 years experience in quality position. 须有2年工程相关品保工作经验。 3.Basic knowledge of English 有基本的英文能力。 4.Familiar with use personal computer, e-mail, word, excel & etc. 具有一般的计算机技能如电子邮件、Word、Excel等之文书软件。 5.Ability to prepare clear and concise written report. 有能力去选写简单易明的报告。 If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn or hr001@aalbertschina.com |
