| Job Description:
Key activities: New transport business development with focus on Transportation products and key verticals To identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers Conduct cost analysis of business proposals Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key account contacts. Build relationships within China marketplace. Support solution designs on RFI/RFQ proposals Lead pipeline reviews. Collaborate with all other DHL's Entities to leverage relationships. To plan for set up the implementation of logistics projects To assist company to prepare, gain acceptance and implement station marketing and sales plans and budgets To review and assist in preparing proposal and contract To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior Work with sector business heads to develop new business opportunities. Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets. Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers Establish and present customized offers to customers Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment term Skills / Qualifications: Excellent language skills-English (spoken and written) Good Presentation skills Excellent facilitation and training skills Excellent project management skills Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MapPoint, Projects, Visio) Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent process mapping skills Strong relationship building skills. Expected years of experience(Minimum) Over 8 years of relevant Supply Chain and logistics experience with at least 5 years of sales and business development experience.
