Position: Senior HR Officer / HR Officer, Graduate Recruitment
Line of Service: Internal Firm Services Department: Human Resources Location: Shanghai Overall Responsibilities As support HR role for Graduate Recruitment in one region, responsible for: Working with regional Graduate Recruitment Manager to develop and implement Graduate Recruitment strategy and campaigns, within a one Firm context that makes PwC the "No. 1 Employer". To provide support to Graduate Recruitment managers and senior manager. Develop and manage strong partnerships with key clients. Develop and coach junior staff. Key Responsibilities 1. Strengthen Client Relationships To support Senior Manager / Manager (SM/M) to build up long term relationship with undergraduates, placement offices and professors of universities.AZ Representing the company to attend some students' events. To support Senior Manager/Manager to build relationship with graduates during recruitment process so that company is considered as "employer of choice"in one region. Help SM/M to promote graduate recruitment within the firm, e.g. producing marketing materials, arranging briefings. Help SM/M to make Partners and Managers committed to graduate recruitment campaigns, e.g. booking interviews. To maintain code of conduct and consult M/SM if there is any problems during the processes. To implement the recruitment processes for referral candidates and keep all parties informed. 2. Campaign Methodology and Tools Producing analysis reports Recruitment campaigns implementation, including all the logistics & administrations. Maintaining Recruitment Tracking System (RTS) Answering phone calls of graduate recruitment hotline Reading and replying mails in graduate recruitment mailbox. Screening graduates applications. Coordinating with universities on both pre-recruitment and recruitment activities, e.g. arranging lunch with professors and campus presentation, etc Coordinating with universities for Scholarships and vacation trainee programs. Coordinating with students on pre-recruitment activities, e.g. arranging workshop, firm visit and the company’s Premium Development Program, etc Coordinating with L&E on training for vacation trainees, graduates and interviewers. Interview candidates for vacation trainee position. Coordinating with M&C on marketing materials such as presentation slides, publications, web site, etc. Support SM/M on Graduate Recruitment initiative projects, e.g. enhancement of RTS, etc. 3. Coaching Management, coaching and development of a team of Graduate Recruitment HR junior staff. Requirements: Experience: 3 years plus working experience, preferably in graduate recruitment within a services or multi national corporation environment. Experience within a multicultural, preferably Chinese environment is desirable. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in HRM, Commerce or Social Sciences. Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships. Client service focuses with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility. Proven project management experience and strong organization skills The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction A high level of discretion and confidentiality A team player Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands A 'can do'attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team The ability and willingness to coach and develop other team members.
