Position Description:
-Plan and execute training and development strategies to align with Company’s mission and goals, and to foster a learning culture that driven high performance -Implement company-wide learning & development projects such as culture programme, graduate trainee programme and competency development project, etc -Identify training needs and formulate yearly learning and development plan) -Design, develop, organize, coordinate and deliver to line managers including but not limited to competency-based training, management training and leadership training -Develop initiatives to foster a sustainable learning culture for the continuing professional growth and development of staff -Monitor the progress, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of taining & development programmes and make recommendations on programme enhancement -Assists Corporate HR in implementing and coordinating company-wide Training & development projects Position Requirement: -Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Training or related disciplines -At least 8 years solid training and development experience in sizable companies, preferably with hands-on experience in training consulting -Strong passion in training and development, people oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude; able to work under pressure and ability to work effectively in a diverse work group -Strong presentation and facilitation skills -Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn or headhunter@harmonichr.com |
