Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the human resources value chain, staffing, regulatory control, training development and administration. Review and negotiate contractual relationships with HR vendors Develop and maintain an effective relationship with government bodies, such has Ministry of Labor etc Control and manage staffing movements and schedule for the three restaurant groups Working closely with the General Manager and Chef for all levels of staffing requirements Manage and develop employee relations to instill a healthy corporate identity This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Candidate Requirements 8 years or more of relevant experience in human resources management with an established restaurant, hotelier or catering organization Demonstrated professional track record with employee relations and liaison with government regulatory bodies.. Possess a passion for the restaurant business and working in a people-oriented environment. Strong leadership skills to communicate confidently with all levels of employees and stakeholders with the company College graduate in Human Resources, English, Economics or Business.
