| Job Description:

The role is primarily responsible for the overall management and service delivery operations for the F&B outlets. It actively involves day to day management and supervision of all aspects of a restaurant to increase and maintain revenue. You will be managing a considerable team of staff both on the food production and food service section and effectively manage the entire operations for the outlet. To qualify, you will have approximately 5 years experience and formal training in restaurant operation or F&B service in a reputable organization. You should be outgoing and customer focused to be able to build excellent relationship and to maintain long term relationship with regular clients. You must also have good rapport with all staff and to guide and manage restaurant with very high standard of food service. If you have worked in a 5 star hotel Food & Beverage Service or high end standalone restaurant, you are the person we are looking for. Fluency in English is essential for this role, Chinese would be seen as an added advantage.
