Our client is a leading global food and beverage company which operates in five continents owning many famous international brands. Since the end of the 1980s, our client began to develop the production and business in China extensively by investing in building factories. Together with its fast-paced business expansion in China, they are now seeking for a suitable caliber to fill the following vacancy based in their Shanghai Office – Job Title: QA Manager Job Responsibilities: - Provide support to plant on implementation, stabilization and sustainment of quality and food safety tools - Organize and implement quality and food safety audit for plants - Control raw & pack quality with R+D & purchasing at the design stage, and food safety VISA management - Supplier audit with R+D, purchasing, including regular farm audit with milk sourcing team - Quality check and improvement in supply chain - Manage consumer call center (outsourcing) and consumer & customer complaints. - Measure consumer and customer satisfaction Job Requirements: - University graduated with quality management background ideally from FMCG multinationals - Strong expertise in quality management system - Good English writing and reading skill - Can travel frequently - Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under high pressure - Good communication skills and team work attitude - Sound PC skill If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn or apple.zhang@dcmconsultant.com |
