Job Description:
Responsibilities -Communicated with US groups local teams and vendor to interpret product concept to optimum manufacturable product. -Coach engineers and vendors to meet our project requirement by steamline direction. -Set up standard design, standard procedure, games regulation to improvement understanding and performance. -Review, discuss and detail analysis in design improvement, defect cause, effective procedure for optimum performance. -Train and mentor engineers to enhance performance and personal development. -Provide enginnering support and consultation to marketing company, Mattel affiliates, internal departments and vendors. Requirements -10 years in toys engineering and project management exspecially on electro-mechanical toys and high decoration items. -Good people management and leadership. Lead a team Engineer (at least 5 Engineers) before -Good english written and verbal communication with US counterpart -Good presentation skills -Fully understand the toy development process -Good experience on model making and tooling construction. -Good experience on production set up and trouble shooting. -Work with enthusiasm and Energy.
