| Job responsibilities:
1.More than 5 years experience in a role of architecture design in Hong Kong or Taiwan 2.Quickly comprehend requirement and content of design by communicating effective with clients. 3.Adapting design style of Hong Kong and Taiwan into design proposal according to client's request. 4.Independently complete the design of construction blueprint under supervision of manager. 5.Independently accomplish selection of design material and equipment under supervision of manager 6.Arrange and coach daily work of design assistant in order to improve work efficiency. 7.Supervise implementation of construction team and assist project manager to control the quality and process of project execution. 8.Can be cooperate with other department. Job requirement: 1.University degree or above, Major in architecture design or other related discipline 2.Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS-office and other designing software 3.Experience in managing construction sites for luxury villas and large roomage. 4.Competent in hand painting 5.Good communication skill 6.Hard working, proactive and self-motivated 7.Well knowledge of western etiquette and custom 8.Effective team player 9.Good language skills in Mandarin and English.
