| Duties :
Develop and maintain a photography benchmark .Partner with the photographer to improve the presentation of the photo medium , constantly challenging status quo .Develop a clear understanding of lighting ,photo design and the digital system. Design the merchandise on the set to reflect the best possible view. Direct and gather props and background appropriate for the assignment. Coordinate and schedule background and props while managing to the budget to insure profitability. Ensure proper paperwork and expense reports are completed on time. Mentor, training and develop staff. Provide overall direction, manage workflow of group ad overswee the development of the project including set design, propping, lighting and styling before and on the set . Communicate project requirements to the stylists and photographers. Attend preplanning meetings with the creative teams .Apply the requested art direction to the procurement of the props , prepping merchandise and set styling. Coordinate , review and gather appropriate props within budget . Prepare appropriate paper work and manage expenses for reimbursement. Design and apply the styling, propping and background to the on-set merchandise to present the best possible view while remaining within budget . Evaluate the look of the prepped merchandise to ensure proper display Maintain a clean styling area and set Prepare merchandise using various tools for photography Computer skills Performs basic software applications that are specific to the function including Photoshop , Quark , and word. Minimum Requirements(Education/Work experience) Coordinate photo shoot schedule ensuring stylists and photographers work with the budget standards profit margins. Ensures process improvements that support enhanced quality of work outcomes related to the photography medium. Handles decision regarding guidelines , policies , procedures or project parameters affecting a work group. Builds consensus ,encourages two-way feedback , and acknowledges contribution of tothers.
