LOCATION: Jiading DEPARTMENT: Technical Centre REPORT TO: Manager of Technical Centre TRAVELLING REQUIRED: Yes EDUCATION: Master Degree in electronic engineering or automotive engineering with operation in electronics EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4/5 years in similar position 1.EMS Statement Of Requirements Specification: definition of system requirements (coming from customer), target engines, main SW and HW requirements, list of specifications to be followed in the EMS project/validation. 2.FMEA discussion/evaluation with ECU supplier 3.EMS Development and Vehicle Application planning agreement: starting from milestones of Customer Finalized Vehicle Development Process, set of EMS Development Process milestones and agreement with sensors/ actuators/ harness/ ECU suppliers 4.Validation Process Management: control of internal and external Product Validation process (as per company and customer standards) for sensors, actuators, harness, ECU (HW and SW) 5.Start Of Production issues: components availability (right significance level at right time), management of EMS related problems coming from manufacturing phase both in Engine and Vehicle production plants (End of line procedure issues, malfunctioning issues…) 6.After sales support: support to Quality Department (with help of suppliers if needed) for field take–off failures, difficult diagnosis, etc. 7.Change Management: technical definition, planning and control of changes in EMS related components coming from customer requests, after sales troubles, manufacturing improvement requests. REQUIREMENTS: -Excellent knowledge of EMS and engine control system architecture -Knowledge of elements of mechanical drawing, CAD systems and ASME drawing standards. -Good capability to manage the relations with the external suppliers and the customers.
