Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage the experts -Guarantee the excellence of services of the company -Maintain and Improve the consistency of tests performed in LCIE China -Implement the training plan for technical staff to improve the technical skills of engineers -Manage the matrix of competence of all technical staff -Supervise the test programs for offers -Support the management company to define the strategy and development of the company -Validate the opinions and interpretations on tests -Develop the appropriate test methods for new standards or new tests -Participate and/or follow the internal or external technical meeting on standardization and interpretations of international, European standards -Set up test equipment as needed with test manager, test supervisors leader and lab supervisor. -Provide technical support to Customer services and Sales team -Provide technical support to Clients Quality: -Adhere to the requirements of the LCIE China Quality System and assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Laboratory Quality System. -Provide feedback to department Manager regarding departmental systems, processes and recommendations for improvements. Skills and Requirements: expatriate only (French /German) -Strong leadership -Have good communication skills -Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods. -Ability to perform multiple tasks. -Individual and Team work ethic. -Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines. -Knowledge of testing consumer products from laboratory / manufacturing.
