Job Description:
-Support the Store Development Manager in all stores’ space planning and construction requirements as per the store development plan -Work with the Sales Team and Visual Merchandising Team to create appropriate store space planning format for each store. -Based on growth projections and store format standards, lead the construction vendor search process. -Stay up-to-date with construction cost and government regulation trends -Lead the bidding process and negotiation of approved potential stores with relevant construction vendors and aim to find preferential terms and conditions -Lead the final internal approval process based on finalized terms & conditions -Lead all government approval requirements and develop strong government relations -Responsible for all building permit and regulatory requirements for store opening -Prepare the site for retail operations through thorough planning (space planning, construction, engineering services, etc.) -Project manage the construction vendor team to ensure they meet cost, quality and lead time requirements -Education: University Degree level at minimum -Experience in the management of all the steps in retail construction, decoration and other technical matters within a domestic or foreign retail or similar companies -Can work under pressure -Excellent project management skills -Strong drive & motivation to succeed -Must be a proactive character. -Must be a confident and clear communicator.
