Job Description:
Mission Overall responsibilities in managing all aspects of merchandise flow, cost control and operational efficiency. Effectively implement, monitor and communicate with related parties to achieve all of brands punctual delivery to retailers and wholesalers. Key interfaces Within Shanghai Office: Finance & Accounting Department, Merchandising Department and Operation Department. Other Departments in Shenzhen & Hong Kong: Shipping Department, CTA, SCD, & Warehouses. Principals: Negotiate & communicate L/C terms with principals. Key Responsibilities Planning ? Evaluate merchandise flow for each brand. ? Align with warehouse for punctual shipment. ? Communicate with Merchandising & Operation Departments for achievement of wholesale sales budget. Management (warehouse, shipping, finance, operation, merchandising, legal, HR & LG related issues) ? Monitor & coordination of warehousing, shipping, finance, operation, merchandising departments and Shanghai warehouse & showroom management. ? Carry out lab/garment test with respect to China local rules & regulations. ? Chase BOs/vendors prompt puncture delivery of salesman samples for line-opening. ? Conduct samples sales to ease showroom capacity. ? Handling and dealing with 打假 event. ? Control, monitor and ensure efficient processing from billing to payment settlement. ? Manage performance/development plan for own self Experience / Skills Required Minimum 8-10 years experience in retail or product department in apparel industry Strong knowledge and background of apparel merchandising flow Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin A team player who is also a leader with strong organizational skills Bachelor degree or above If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
