| We are looking for an energetic HR professional who is passionate about the education industry to join us Recruitment Specialist in Suzhou.
Responsibilities: •Identify recruitment channels to source for teaching faculty and support staff for the schools •Source for and identify suitable candidates to meet the manpower needs of the schools in a timely manner •Plan and post recruitment activities including job fair •Develop job descriptions and post recruitment ads •Follow through with the recruitment process to identify the best candidate and ensure that the right fit for the job at the right time Requirements: •Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years experience in recruitment in MNC environment •Familiar with international and local recruitment channels •Good knowledge of the employment market condition in China •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Qualified applicants pls send your resume including cover application letter and detailed CV and ID photograph and copies of qualifications and recommendations to careers@etonhouse.com.sg.
