Criteria 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher 2. Working time: Wed-Sunday, 40 hours/week (20-25 are teaching hours) 3. Preferred experience: 1. One year pre-school/kindergarten and/or English teaching experience 2. TEFL,TESL, or other teaching certification 4. Language ability: Native English speaker 5. Computer skills: Proficient using Microsoft Office applications 6. Personal Skills: 1. Friendly and cheerful voice 2. Optimistic and easy-going 3. good communication skills 4. enjoys interacting with children and passionate about education 5. is an initiator 6. is healthy and energetic with an enthusiastic attitude Responsibilities 1. prepare for and attends all classes and office hours 2. call parents if needed 3. attend parent meetings and prepares necessary documents (progress report, etc) 4. Recruit students(Referral, Renewal) 5. Maintain teaching quality and encourage student attendance 6. Assist the consulting department to build service quality 7. Interact with students before and after class 8. Follow all company rules and standards 9. Attends and fulfills duties for hosting functions and events 10.
