We are located near the National Library. We are looking to fill these positions ASAP so please contact us today if you're qualified. We're looking for energetic, out-going English teachers that HAVE EXPERIENCE teaching children ages 4 and up. The ideal candidate will have worked in a kindergarten, or elementary school either abroad, or in China. or has at least 1-2 years PROVEN experience working with young children. Teacher must be able to engage the children during the class. We are interested in teachers that are responsible, diligent, and serious about teaching. Highlights of the position: -interact with parents and young learners in a way that is fun and engaging -deliver our academic material according to the lesson plans -Prepare lessons and materials before the start of class to ensure the class runs smoothly -report to your designated TA the student results after every class so TA's can communicate the information to the parents -maintain open communication with the school and report any issues promptly Requirements: -Bachelors degree or above -at least 2 or more years experience teaching young children -Candidates must be native English speakers -patient -responsible -punctual -outgoing (to some extent crazy. We have found that young children respond better to these types of foreign teachers) -must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Currently the hours to choose from are the following: Monday through Friday - 4PM-8PM Saturday and Sunday - 10:00-11:40; 13:30-15:10; 16:00-17:40 NOTE: You are not expected to work all of these hours.
