| Our Requirements for the foreign teachers,
1. The mother tongue is English； 2 .Love the work of teacher , working diligently ; 3. Has bachelor degree at least ; 4. Has experience at interrelated domain at least 2 years . 5. Has Tefl or TESOL certificate. 6. Familia with Chinese custom and easy to communicate. 7. The teacher from Australia is better appreciated. The teacher works 5 days a week. Every teaching period will be 45 minutes. Every day there are about 2~4 teaching hours , and 2 or 3 hours tutoring might be needed in a week. Normally less than 15 teaching hours a week. The apartment, equipped with doss、TV set、air-conditioner、washing machine、 wardrobe and so on, has one bedroom and one living room. We will provide a computer for you if it is needed to handle official business but you should transact borrow procedure, and give back when demission. You can have meals in the school but paid by yourself. We shall pay the foreign teacher the salary by month, including base payment, food allowance, communication & traffic allowance, and all total 6000 RMB. In addition, every month the teacher has 1000RMB bonus, but it is paid at the end of one contract year , and the precondition of the bonus payment is that the teacher has finished the teaching contract term. That means if the contract term is from Sept 2007 to 30th June 2008, we will pay 10000 RMB bonus at 30th June 2008 ; If the contract term is two years, we will pay 12000 RMB bonus at Sep 2008 and 10000 RMB bonus at 30th June 2009. 2000 RMB tourism allowance will be paid by party A if Party B completes four months’ teaching within one contract year. In the term of the contract, an one way flight ticket from XiaMen to the teacher’s country will be provided by our party if the teacher finishes teaching of one contract year. The personal material and the relevant materials should be provided by the teacher. ShuangShi school has the qualification to apply the Foreign Expert Certificate and the Foreign Experts Working Permit. Our party will provide the school’s materials to apply the relevant certificate, such as the Foreign Expert Certificate and the Foreign Experts Working Permit. And we will pay the costs for applying the Foreign Expert Certificate and the Foreign Experts Working Permit. We could help the teacher to apply the visa. The costs that is paid for teacher’s visa to Exit-Entry Administration Bureau in the mainland of China will paid by our party; but if it is necessary to go abroad for applying Z VISA(including go to HongKong) , the teacher should pay the costs(such as the plane tickets and hotel) themselves.
