A 12 month contract; 2. 6445rmb monthly net salary for 18hours per week; 7078rmb monthly net salary for 20hours per week. 3. 18 or 20 hours total teaching workload per week, working 5 days per week; 4. Overtime available (but no mandatory) at 91rmb/hour. 5. One way air ticket reimbursed (up to 4200RMB); 6. 22 days paid holidays all national holidays (5 days for May holiday, 5 days for National holiday, Christmas Day, New Year Day, 7 days for Chinese New Year). Exact dates are subject to change according to Chinese regulations; 7. Up to 15 days unpaid leave per year allowed during the summer holiday; 8. The school offers assistance in locating suitable accommodations, 9. Financial assistance is also provided to help new teachers settle in during their first few months. 10. Up to 1300rmb refund for 12 months medical insurance provided; 11. 2 hours free Chinese lessons per week; 12. End of contract bonus for 1st year is 3000rmb, 6000rmb for the 2nd year. 13.
