| Responsibilities:
Managing department staff; their performance, replacement and advancement; fully utilizing MRP system to ensure process flow from order taking to final shipment of products for both domestic and foreign purchase and "sales"; managing custom and logistic issues for both incoming raw material and out going shipment; loading and prioritizing production effectively; effective material control and accurate record keeping; cycle counting and period end inventor;, supplier qualification and material purchasing; plant performance reporting. Processes Owned: All planning, purchasing, order taking, incoming and out going materials and products Qualification Requirement: University degree preferred; at least five years of experience in FPC manufacturing and three years in production/material planning department and two years as head of department or group, good personnel management skills; good knowledge of FPC production processes and related purchasing; good knowledge of materials used in FPC production and supplier base; good knowledge on domestic and export sales and related custom issues.
