| Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Building Radio communication systems for Motorola customers based on the Contractual requirement Conducting detail design based on the Contract proposal, resulting in a set of documentations including Detail Design Document(s) with equipment list for order entry Preparing system configuration document for Factory Acceptance Test Conducting Site survey and field supervision for equipment installation Conducting engineering document for customer preparing facility installation environment Conducting installation check up and System power up Troubleshooting, optimizing and testing of the system Preparing and finalizing the Acceptance Test Plan Conducting on-the-job training to customer Conducting the Acceptance Test with customer Being responsible for project technical aspects and all project field activities Coordinating with customer on the project schedule plan, site survey, civil work interface, equipment delivery, installation and testing support Supervising project engineer for all project technical documentation output Managing Motorola field project team, scheduling and arranging resources and for all field activities, including design liaison with customer, site surveys, installation supervision, power up and testing, system acceptance testing and project acceptance meeting. Managing the 3rd party vendors in the projects. Achieving project acceptance. Specific Knowledge/Skills Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering Good command of English (required to be fluent in Tele-conference. Be able to lead teleconference with US, Europe and Asia teams on project issues.) Minimum 5 years experience in radio communication projects, intensive understanding on TETRA Radio System is an advantage Superb communication skill working with team and customer Excellent influencing capability and negotiation skill Experience managing field team and subcontractors in project implementation Proven experience and ability on solving project engineering issues Experience to supervise sub-contractors on equipment installation and testing |
