| Requirements
Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline Twelve or more years of Finance experience CPA or equivalent qualification Experience with a multinational company working in cross-functional teams with people across cultures Broad understanding of all the different areas of finance, including strong understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting Strong leadership, strategic thinking and business acumen Results oriented and performance driven with a focus on excellence Strong communication skills - fluency in English and Chinese required. Other languages helpful. Strong negotiation and influencing skills Strong relationship management and networking skills Experience leading and motivating a small team Characteristics High intellect with first class commercial feeling and a creative approach to problem solving Maturity to challenge ideas and balance opportunities and threats Sensitivity to different North Asia cultures Excellent influencing skills - must be able to communicate and present to the management team, must be persuasive with a considerate but firm touch Strong personality, tough, adaptable and resilient - able to work with different personalities Hard-working, hands-on, must have a good eye for detail, but also be able to step back and see the bigger strategic picture Ambitious, highly driven and motivated |
