Requirements : Degree in Marketing or Business Administration 2-3 years experience in a similar field. Those with experience in high-end products will have an added advantage Experience dealing with media, PR and suppliers is essential Good understanding of market research and consumer insight Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills Able to lead cross-functional teams Proven track record of maximizing product growth in the market Responsibilities : Oversee marketing functions related to assigned product lines, launch and drive new products, oversee and manage quality issues, evaluate and develop product line total sales and product positioning proposed for consumers Responsible for P&L of product lines; develop sales promotion programs and coordinate materials' printing in support of the promotions; develop strategies for the profitable management of pricing, gross margins, collateral materials and point-of purchase displays for assigned product lines and develop monthly forecast of assigned product lines Lead cross-functional teams to achieve the Company's objectives as assigned, maintain awareness of consumer trends in the industry, provide product training to customers and consumers and perform all duties as assigned |
