| Bachelor/Master in Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience (including strong management experience)
Significant experience in Chinese industrial environment in MNC, ideally in Energy field Good Manufacturing background: Industrial Process, EHS. Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain & CI General Management: Commercial awareness, cost control, customer focus and financial knowledge Strong communication and training skills Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to supply needs Native level in Mandarin, fluent in English |
