| Education: M.S. Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 3 years experience of mechanical part design;
• A good skill to use 3D CAD (Pro-e experience a plus) and Ansys simulation is needed; • Application capability of OA software (MS-office); • A good working knowledge of materials, appropriate technologies and associated production processes. Good understanding of plastics and molding technology; • A familiarity with part production methods (molding, stamping, die casting etc.), as well as a knowledge of assembly methods; • Technical skill and knowledge and application of problem solving and quality tools like DFMEA and Six Sigma; • Team oriented work philosophy, willing and able to respond creatively to meet challenges and accomplish team goals; • Automotive part engineering design or mechanical part design experience a plus; • Experience interacting with vendors a plus; • Electrical or sensor knowledge a plus; • English Communication Skills; • Ability to travel required. |
